Are you going to vote for the rich bankers today? Or for Trump?

Why do you persist in the delusion that a vote for Trump is NOT a vote for Rich Bankers?

That aspect of our democracy has already been subverted and your vote on the matter is irrelevant.

Why did the banks and the billionaires donate to the hillary campaign if both candidates will do their bidding? They could simply hold on to their money in that case.

@ITPro -- Donating to HRC (who was always likely to win against The Donald) is a safer and more efficient "play" then donating to the Trump campaign.

Think about it. You are a Rich Banker and you want pro-Rich Banker policies to continue. Do you...

    A) Invest in Trump, who is unlikely to win and more likely (though still unlikely) to implement anti-Rich Banker policies?

    B) Invest in HRC, who is more likely to win and has a track record of pro-Rich Banker policies?

    C) Invest in neither and focus your efforts on Congress and at the party level?

Of the above strategies, B) and C) are clearly safer bets than A).

  • All banks and big business donate to both major parties - hedging their bets so they get favourable treatment no matter who wins.

    Please don't make me laugh.

Rich bankers are quite secure either way it goes.  They run everything and do not need your vote.  You know why? Because they are RICH.  Real, rich. Richer than Trump and richer than Hilldog.

But not richer than LYING TRUMP.  He thinks if he says a number then we think it is a real number.  Imagine.

Thank you Nevan for this little bit of comfort from over yonder.  One more sane person accounted for.

  • Ever since deregulation, governments have had no control whatsoever over finances and the economy.
When politicians talk as if they do, it is because they are relying on an obsolete perception in the minds of citizens.
